Meet Dr. Stuart Gough – a Dedicated Springbank Dentist with a Passion for Oral Health!
Dr. Stuart Gough, a third-generation Calgarian, is committed to serving the community’s dental needs. Graduating from the University of Alberta with both a BSc and a DDS degree in 1990, he furthered his commitment by serving as a Dental Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. During his service, Dr. Gough deployed in Canada and abroad as part of a Field Surgical Hospital.
After completing his military service, Dr. Gough established two general dental practices in Calgary – West 17th Avenue Dental Care and Calgary Smiles. At Harmony Family Dental Care, his current practice, Dr. Gough finds joy in enhancing patients’ lives through promoting oral health and wellness.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Gough has a fascinating background. Few know that he appeared in a TV commercial as a boy and is fluent in Japanese. His diverse experiences include living 100 miles north of the Arctic Circle, residing near the equator in Tonga, growing up in Balzac where he hand-milked cows on the family farm, and hiking the West Coast Trail and Milford Track. Proudly calling Springbank home for 23 years, Dr. Gough is a proud Calgarian dedicated to the well-being of his community.
